OOTD | Monochrome in Missguided Part One

YAAAAAS it’s finally happened, I got to work with one of my fave all-time sassy gal brands! The babes at Missguided recently asked me if I could style up three monochrome outfits featuring pieces from their site, and I don’t know how a project could be more up my street. The first of my three looks is the most dressy (you know I keep it casj), and it features this UNREAL high neck open back playsuit. The playsuit is layered so it looks like two separate pieces, something that is super flattering if you’ve overindulged for your whole life (can’t even blame Christmas) and also works to give a tailored but minimal look. I popped this gorgeous Teddy Wool Coat over the top because we all know it’s fucking freezing at the moment and nothing is more chic than the cape-coat look (although if you want to be able to use your arms in any shape or form then it’s not ideal), AND CAN WE TAKE A MOMENT TO LOOK AT THESE LACE UP COURT SHOES. The lacing, the pom-poms, the pointed toe… DREAM. Stay tuned for the remaining two looks in my Monochrome in Missguided series!
