I rarely buy heels for myself as it’s super hard to find a comfortable pair in my size. Having small feet means that whenever I wear heels, I’m pretty much always walking on my toes. When I do find a good pair, however, I feel a million bucks. When I was contacted to share Evans latest campaign with you – #IAmMe – I knew I wanted to incorporate this outfit because these heels make me feel super sassy. This alongside the message of the campaign – that fashion is empowering and a creative outlet – led me to think about why I love fashion so much.

I’m not claiming to know every designer’s latest collection inside or outside, or even to make the best fashion choices all of the time, but they way I feel when I wear a beautiful outfit that expresses who I am (and looks good in photos, let’s be honest) is the reason that I love fashion so much. I honestly believe that fashion is wearable art, as well as a visual way to express your identity and who you are. For myself, that’s classic and comfortable pieces that look smart for both the daytime and night time. I like a clean, simple finish with lots of delicate silver detailing and as always, a beautiful pair of shoes. When I want to feel good or I need to find some extra confidence, just pulling together the right pieces can do this for me and as shallow as it might seem, when I feel like I look good, I instantly feel good inside.
